We frequently work with other providers, including web developers, marketing professionals and IT consultants. When you have existing software or existing tools that you want to connect up, we can liase with the providers you’re already working with.
This is usually helpful as sometimes we need to have a technical conversation with those providers in order to complete an automation. You can either be included on all communications between us and your provider, or we can give you a non-technical summary of the conversation so that you’re “in the loop”.
